计算Required rate of return 的时候，为何不考虑contribution 的2 m ? 我的算法是：2m/(100m-3m)=2.06%; 6%+3.5%+0.4%-2.06%=7.84%。 对于答案不考虑contribution 的理由，请老师帮忙解答.
另外，题目中的两个条件：1、“the annual contributions from the foundation to the university will be used to cover a portion of the university's operating expense” 以及2、“the foundation's goal is to preserve the real value of its investment portfolio and any future contributions ”是否存在矛盾？这2m 如何能够既要被花掉满足Expense的要求，同时又要保留它的 real value？
