Ca'pEx指的是“新”投入（在Scenario1 中就是30）还是“净”投入（在scenario 1中就是30-5=25）呢？记得李老师在课上明确说过Capex指的是新投入。那么这里答案采用“净”投入是因为题目中用的是“growht capex”吗？是不是可以理解——capex指新投入，growth capex指净投入u？麻烦老师直接回答，谢谢！

老师这道题提到了使用寿命，为什么不考虑资本化和摊销的问题呢？我按照27m refit之后摊销7年，30m的摊销10年来算，虽然得到的结果是一样，但（7年）这个数字是我YY的，思路是完全偏了？
