1、先算本金部分的FV=22950(PV=20,000,N=4,I/Y=3.5,PMT=0)。

2、再算利息投资部分的FV=PV(1+r/m)^mn=700(1+2%/12)^12x???(这里卡住了,不知道利息部分的投资是按多少年算?)

同学你好,其实你第一步计算的时候相当于把利息也按照年利率3.5%进行复利了,所以这样计算是不可行的。还是要按照解析的步骤来哦~
