首先要明确一点Monetary policy 通过capital account影响汇率 fiscal policy通过capital account和current account影响汇率。(货币政策没有current account,财政政策有,你弄错了哦)第二点,capital account比current  account影响大。 回到你的问题,这个题目里monetary紧缩,r上升,外币流入增加,所以汇率appreciation。fiscal紧缩,就capital account而言,r上升,同样appreciation,就current account而言,收入下降,所以外币流出减少,depreciation。两capital account升,一current account贬,所以升。

我觉得你解释的货币紧缩带来本币小幅升值没有问题,但是财政紧缩对经常账户应该带来本币的的升值,对资本账户带来本币的小幅贬值。

上课讲Munll-Fleming模型对于紧缩的货币政策和财政政策对汇率的影响不是下面这样么 1)对于capitaccount a)紧缩的货币政策导致本币小幅度升值 b)紧缩的财政政策导致本币小幅度贬值-----最终capitaccount对汇率影响不确定 2)对于current account 紧缩的财政政策会引起本币升值 但由于本身capitaccount的影响大于current account,所以最后的汇率变动结果不能确定 为什么这个题就是确定升值?
