先单独计算利息这部分:N=4; I/Y=[(1+2%/12)^12-1]*100; PMT=-700; PV=0; CPT FV=2885.92。其中I/Y要转换成EAR(即上面表达式)。
再加上之前的本金20000即可得到最后的正确答案。

因为I/Y是默认了%为单位的,比如10%,我们只要输入10就行。所以这边算出来的结果要乘以100再输入。

请问为什么要把I/Y转换成EAR?好像也有见过直接简单的除以12的这种情况...不是很能区分出来

对,是有可以简单除以12的情况,但这里是每年末有一笔700,相当于PMT=700,如果直接简单除以12,相当于是每个月都有这笔PMT。所以这道题目必须先转换为EAR才行。
