老师，辛苦看看这些问题是第五版考纲，还是第六版考纲的知识点，
carbon offset market 和ESG contingent asset,relative screening、leased property emissions 感觉好陌生

这是第五版和第六版都有的知识点，日本存在statutory auditors制度，这会替代传统的board of directors制度。
