讲课都倾向于公司何时计提费用了,员工得到benefit的时间点没说,是不是员工只有真的行权买了股票,才算得到收益,还是到vesting date,只要option价格低于市场价,就得到了benefit?

同学你好,因为我们是站在分析公司的角度来学习CFA课程的,所以不会讲员工的角度哦

从员工角度,只有真的所有的option都settle了,并且员工真的行权了exercise的时候,才能拿到收益的——举例来说,就是员工可以有权利按照譬如10元每股的价格买入市场价50元每股的股票,公司就会发行员工行权那么多的股票给员工,然后员工转手再去市场卖出这些股票,就可以获得50-10的差额这么多的收益了——但是这40元不是公司直接给员工的,也不用公司做账,所以CFA角度不需要学习哦
