说不通，

首先从常识来看，一家公司的管理层没有责任去让公司合规守法吗？哪个公司的内审合规等部门不是在公司的管理层领导下工作的呢？难道内审还要等委员会决策去工作吗？、

其次说的是shakeholder management， 其中这些委员会也是其中一部分。

A选项说公司的管理层确保公司遵守相关法律法规。错误在于这个责任不是管理层的。

Board可以下设多个委员会，分项对公司进行监管，而确保公司compliance with laws and regulations这个责任是Compliance Committee的。
