这题虽然做对了，但是对于这个做法还是不是很理解。
1）我记得课上说，公司内部部门之间的additional compensation都是公司本来就知道的，所以相比于外部额外报酬来说是可以不用申报的，为什么这里还是需要申报么？
另外2）这个怎么和最后一句话串起来理解？“The Standards do not require that members receive permission from clients before accepting board positions.”这个是当作结论记忆吗？因为是同公司分公司的董事席位，就可以不需要permission就接受董事席位，所以外部董事席位就还需要permission这个差异吗？
