同学你好,只有税法下计算公司的应交税费的时候,是需要用RSU和option实际的vested and settle的价格计算公司的compensation expense的

而会计上是始终都以granted date的option和RSU的公允价值来计算后期需要摊销的compensation expense的总数的,没有例外哦
