资产证券化，一般是银行把自己手里的住房贷款卖给SPV，然后由SPV以贷款为底层发行证券化产品，例如MBS，CDO之类的。
这样一来，银行就等于把贷款无法收回的信用风险转移出去了。所以securitization mechanism 也可以看做是一种risk transfer的手段。
07年次贷危机的主要原因是这种风险转移模式的滥用，导致危机前的证券化过程失败。但是转移方法本身的原理（ securitization mechanism）并不是罪魁祸首，它是被滥用了。所以本题的叙述错误，选B。
