the general price index

根据课件，revenue and non money asset should be both restate by the general price index.

题里的第一问，revenue 用的 the general price index=the CPI in the end of 2017/ The average CPI in 2017=228.2/186.2

第二问，patent （non-moneytary asset）用的 the general price index=(1+inflation rate)

所以 the general price index 到底怎么用？？

inflation rate都是年底的数值，说明这个40.6%和62.3%都是一整年的通胀率

而revenue的转换用的是全年平均GPI和年底GPI之间的比值，类似于半年的通胀率的概念，自然不能用全年的通胀率来计算半年的物价增长幅度哦

考虑到全年的通胀程度未必是线性增加的，所以只有题目给了下半年的通胀率，我们就也可以直接下半年的通胀率来转换revenue了，像本题没给相关条件，就只能用GPI了

同学你好，两道题其实本质是一样的哦，第二题你用GPI来计算也是完全可以的

85.17*228.2/100 = 194.35——你看和用inflation rate 算出来的一模一样

题目只是特意用了两种不同方法计算帮助考生理解两种restate的方法而已

所以其实用GPI是最根本的方法，但是如果有时候题目没给GPI，拿inflation rate计算就也是一种思路
