请问这里何老师为什么说constant growth rule的金额不变呀？金额不是会每年随着Inflation的增长的增长么？前面还写到公式说constant grwoth rule 下一年的spending = 当年的spending * （1+inflation）

你的理解是正确的，constant growth rule 里面说的每年支出的金额是不变的，指的是今年的amount要和去年的实际购买力是相同的，所以就需要考虑到通胀。
讲义中对constant growth rule的定义为：“The endowment provides a fixed amount annually to the university, typically adjusted for inflation”，捐赠基金每年向大学提供固定金额，通常根据通货膨胀进行调整。
而spending rate本身是real值，所以就有了公式：
下一年的spending = 当年的spending * （1+inflation）
