题目问investment objectives是必须mission & investment objective都要写还是

真正的Investment objective只有：Endowment must maintain the purchasing power of the assets in perpetuity while achieving investment returns sufficient to sustain the level of spending necessary to support the scholarship budget.

后面如果有具体的Spending rate的话，再写出来Spending rate，如本文的： The investment objective of the endowment should be to achieve a total real rate of return (after inflation) of at least 6% with a reasonable level of risk.

这种类型的题目，问到写Investment objectives就按上面的套路写，只不过后面的Support项目要改一下就OK。

一般题目只会让写Investment objectives，让写investment objectives时，就把上面这一段写出来就好了。不用在写the mission is....provide scholarships for students attending the university....

注意看前面写investment objectives里面，已经提到了：support the scholarship budget.，所以the mission就不用单独写了。
