同学你好：


因为它们并不是同一笔钱。

比如，现在有一笔100万的现金，我会约定这其中有60万，只能用作我孩子出国留学用（immediate available fund，restricted to scholarships），而其余的40万，可以随便花（immediate available fund）。它俩之间并不是包含的关系）

或者说，endowment明天会有多少钱的捐赠，现在就会约定好，这其中有多少比例只能作为发放奖学金，剩下，才可以自由支配，这也就是后面你提到的两个PV之间的区别，它们也不是包含的关系。
