为什么 expense ratio doesn’t reflect the cost of portfolio rebalancing or other fees? 这些cost难道不是包含在etf fee里的吗？

不包括。expense指的是ETF的管理费等，不包括rebalance的成本。

谢谢。请问ETF这个课件里的expense和cost分别指什么？ 在“Expense Ratio”的课件上，又有total cost of ETF ownership的表述，其中“other costs, such as management fees and portfolio turnover, increases as a proportion of overall cost as the investor holding period lengthens...” 请问expense是cost的一种吗？什么时候支付这些费用呢？
