这是不一样的概念哈。

public real estate是我们投资公开发行的房地产投资项目,股权投资最常见的就是REITs 和REOC(房地产企业的股票);债券最常见的就是MBS和CMBS。


而commerical real estate是指商业用途的房地产,可以简单理解为赚取租金作为回报的房地产投资。这两个是不同概念。截图是我们二级的相关知识点哈。
