同学你好，proxy voting是指如果你买了一个基金，这个基金又买了一个公司的股票。实际上你才是这个公司的股东，但是基金经理可以代替你去形式股东的投票权——这和股东是大是小，其实没有本质关系，你就算由于买入大量基金，这个基金又大量买这个股票变成了大股东，基金经理依然可以代替你去行使投票权
