C选项意思是：确认一个实际分布是否与理论分布一致。出发点是样本的实际分布。

D选项意思是：确认一个理论分布是否与实际分布一致。出发点是理论上的分布。


QQ图是检验一个实际的分布是不是和理论分布一致。

相当于是identify（辨认）一个实际的分布（empirical）是否和theoretical分布一致。因此选C。
