是的，同学，只是类似，fixed-income特指一些证券类投资而非实物投资的

同学你好，rental income是指银行把房子出租给别人使用获得的收入，属于实物投资获得的收入

而fixed-income特指投资固收证券获得的期间现金流（利息收入最为典型）

这两者是不能等价的

你看题目解析也说了“ fixed-income assets including debt securities + Loan and deposits ”

另类里面 老师说投资实物房地产 获得rental income 类似固收。这只能说类似对吧 不属于 fixed income asset 是吧
