同学你好，这道题相当于是一级直接法下计算CFO的一个考点
CFO直接法下，可以计算由于销售产品从客户处实际收到的现金，除了revenue以外，还有两块，一个是AR应收账款，如果增加则说明有一部分revenue不是现金收入，需要把ΔAR减去；另一块是预收货款，如果有增加说明本期有提前收到客户货款但是还未交付产品确认revenue的部分，需要把Δunearned revenue加上
所以 从客户处实际收到的现金 = revenue -ΔA/R + Δ unearned revenue
其中注意无论短期还是长期的AR或unearned revenue都属于经营性现金流需要考虑的一部分，所以报表中一旦有长期的这两个科目，也需要计入计算
