MD&A很好理解，都是讲一些关于公司整体的，非常大的方面的内容的（请看以下截图）——而capital resource就是说的公司资金来源这种对公司经营影响很大的大方面的介绍性内容
本题说的是bond的interest rate,这是非常细节的内容，首先肯定不会在B/S表上看到，那MD&A这种涉及公司战略，公司经营重大影响的内容也不会披露这么细节的一个借款利率
所以最有可能找到相关信息的就只能是在Bond相对应的附注中了
