restricted stock award计划就是发行股票,在真实settlement当天,就是把之前已经记在stock compensation reserve里面的累计的stock转为common stock和paid-in capital,员工不需要给公司钱,公司本身不会有任何现金流入,就是Equity内部的转换呢。
