最好不要，这两个还是要区分的
NRV = selling price – estimated cost of completion – selling costs
指“the amount could currently be obtained by selling the asset in an orderly disposal”，即现在卖掉能够收到的金额
举个例子，比如说你要买电脑，那么你需要额外买个电脑包，然后还要雇个人给你卖，那你的NRV=selling price - 电脑包- 人工费
而fair value 就是市场上公允的价格，粗略来看，都没有包括 selling costs
