“升级”的主要方式有7种，虽然教材第380页有写：前三种有可能被认定为与公司的常规对话（说明正常来说也可以被认为是escalation），后四种一定是“escalation”，但选项C.Withdrawing a shareholder resolution.意思是撤回股东决议，这条肯定是不对的，而题目问的就是哪一条不是escalation。所以要选择C。
