正常思考即可,从雇主角度思考,是否这件是会对雇主的了利益造成损失?(本题没有利益冲突,只是单纯的找客户捐钱而已。Townsedn本身也没有因为让客户捐钱而得到好处,也没有影响她的本职工作或者损害了雇主的利益)
