题目要选least like，这里C是least like 的，选C。


1）如果真的起诉了，首先打官司要花钱吧，然后要应付官司，管理精力分散了，而且还把公司的丑态暴露，这些情况都是不利于股价的。因此投资者一般不会为了提升公司治理，来采取诉讼的方式。
