同学你好，distressed就是破产的意思，distressed securities fund就是针对即将破产的公司进行投资的破产证券基金

distressed可以说是本题最重要的一个词了，破产基金和普通基金的不同就体现在，破产公司对其衡量的价值一般是其“清算价值”，而普通公司是基于持续经营的假设前提存在的，不需要考量清算价值。
