这种题目就看后面的greater than就可以了。

这类描述等价于想证明的是“variance of bond A is greater than 3.24%”，可以直接得出备择假设为 Ha：σ^2＞3.24%。

从而反推出原假设为 H0：σ^2≤3.24%。
