additional compensation这题除了没有obtain written consent之外， 我觉得说all employee, disclose all gift也不对。 只有与本职工作相关的，会制造利益冲突的才叫additional compensation对么？不应该是All employee(清洁工不算）， 不应该是All gift(跟本职工作无关，没conflicts)。
我这样想对么？

同学你好，从大的原则来看，Members and Candidates must not accept gifts, benefits, compensation, or consideration that competes with or might reasonably be expected to create a conflict of interest with their employer’s interest unless they obtain written consent from all parties involved. additional compensation不仅仅是现金形式的，也包括其他形式的好处。这里的all staff就是指资产管理公司中的业务人员了，像是清洁工这种不涉及实质业务的肯定不会算。
