嗨，从没放弃的小努力你好：
单一的deviation squared就是找到低于target return的那个值，然后减去target算出来“deviation”，然后再把这个deviation平方即做“squared”。
本题的target return为2.0%，一共有三个低于2.0%的return。以第3行的1.5%为例，计算方法为先用2.0%-1.5%得到0.005. 然后再得到0.005的平方为0.000025.
同样的道理计算出另外两个值即可。
