就是生产过程中的间接费用，它是与直接费用相对的一个概念。直接费用就是可以直接认定归属于某个资产的，而间接费用不可以。间接费用通过是几个产品共同承担的，所以不能直接认定。比如一个机器可以生产3种产品，那么这个机器发生的折旧费用就是这些商品的间接费用，因为不能直接说归属于哪个商品，需要在这些商品中分配。
