因为有referral fee才把客户介绍给对方
没有披露给客户
违反independence and objectivity, suitability以及diligence and reasonable basis吗？

同学你好，七大条准则里面只有在referral fee中和disclosure of interest 里面提到了违反referral fee的相关内容，其他的几条都没有涉及到这个关系。所以并不违反。选的话就选referral fee或者disclosure of interest就行。
