1、这里的sales growth不用具体的公式，lower sales growth理解为销售量增量减少就行了。如果有数字需要计算的话，就是（今年销售额-去年销售额）/去年销售额。
2、因为有废弃的存货，所以存货需要减值，此时存货价值降低，那么inventory turnover升高，但与sales没有关系。所以B不对
3、就题目本身来说，C选项是对的。因为没有留有足够的存货，所以存货周转率很高，但同时存货不够，可能就会影响销售额，所以lower sales growth
