同学你好，

对于双尾检验，原假设是总体参数=假设值，备择检验是总体参数≠假设值。这种情况下，假设值和总体参数相等 就相当于支持了原假设所假设的情况，所以不能拒绝。只有当检验的证据支持假设值和总体参数不相等时，才和原假设所假设的情况矛盾，即要拒绝原假设。

但对于单尾检验，原假设可能是总体参数＞假设值，也可能是总体参数＜假设值。所以，是否拒绝要看原假设到底假设的是哪种情况，检验证据支持的又是不是原假设所假设的这种情况。

假设值和总体参数的具体值需要根据实际题目来给定。对于本题这种抽象的题目，只需要知道两者的关系即可。
