各个答案越看越糊涂。一会说Trustee是受托人，一会又说是管理人，跟manager一样收管理费。一说职责，全都是对养老金进行管理，那他们各自都是咋管理的呢？项目层层分包吗？

另外老师课上说DC和DB有区别，说DC是个人决策，我实在不理解，我交了这么多年养老保险，作为所谓最终受益人，也没机会决策我的养老金投到啥项目上啊？DC和DB到底啥区别，能不能从生活层面的通俗说法进行一下解释，不要用概念来解释概念。谢谢老师！

DB plan就是你所理解的，目前国内的养老金体系。

但在欧美国家，还有一种体系是DC plan，简单的理解，就是公司出一部分钱存入政府养老金体系，但是自己也要储蓄一部分钱进入个人养老金账户，比如说美国的401k，退休后是从两个账户拿养老金。DC plan的投资是由自己决定的，可以自己选择投资产品，但是有特定的限制，比如说不准现在就取出等。
