听完错题班，board independence range of 20-50% or greater as a minimum ratio.
如果题问 is the board independent? do we use 50% as a reference point?
So if it exceeds 50% then it is considered independent board, if it is lower than it is not independent.
I am not sure how to use this as an application to the actual question and what range to use.

董事会成员一共有 15 名，但是独立董事只有 1 名，占比是 1/15 = 6.7%
低于讲义中介绍的，最低独立董事占比 20%，所以公司有较高的治理风险
所以根据题目的考查形式，我们掌握 20% 即可；即考试时计算案例背景中的独立董事占比，是否低于 20%
如果低于 20% 那就有治理风险，如果高于 20% 就没有治理风险
