如果只看选项 A 的话,我觉得出题人的意图是说,高管的薪酬计划,每年都变化,和每年都不变,两种情况都需要引起分析师的注意

但是二者比较的话,是每年都不变的情况,更需要引起分析师的注意

因为国家、行业、企业、个人,不同层面都在随着时间而发生着变化

所以高管的薪酬计划,应该要能及时体现出这些变化,从而更好的将高管的利益,和股东的利益绑在一起

但是如果高管的薪酬计划,常年不变,那就需要分析师注意了,分析一下到底是什么原因,保持不变是否合适

如果三个选项放在一起的话,最需要引起分析师的注意的是选项 C
