Asset disposal - calculating FCInv

Could you please explain in this example why we don't use the gain on disposal instead of the proceeds?

I understand the formula for FCinv is capex- proceeds from sale

But in theory can you explain it, I don't think the recorded lectures covered this well?

同学你好，FCInv本质上是一种现金流金额，代表的是公司当期购买，处置固定资产所净发生的现金流数额——注意是现金流而不是I/S表记账数字

而你问的gain on disposal 本质是销售固定资产后，由于销售获得的现金超过了该固定资产的账面剩余价值后的差额值——这个值会记录在I/S表的其他收入里，且这个差额显然不是公司实际收到的现金流入

而proceeds才是指的公司销售该固定资产收到的现金流的值，这才是现金流的概念
