老师请问一下Asset Owner 1.2.4 which of the following parties holds the ultimate fiduciary responsibility in a pension fund? Trustee.
如果按照板书的Pension: Member-Trustee-Executee的关系，是不是member最终的fiduciary responsibility应该是Executee?

Trustee是对menber负责的受托人。养老金规模很大，trustee可能会找不同的Executee去落地，相当与选择不同的基金经理。当然Executee也是负有受托责任的。但Trustee是最直接的受托人。
