老师可以具体解释一下这个句子吗。是说pooled fund 和segregated accounts 如果满足相同的composite定义可以放在一个composite里面吗？——就是如果一个风格，只有pooled fund 而没有segregated accounts，就忽略这个pooled fund就行。没必要为了这个pooled fund 创造一个composite。

我能理解 all actual, fee-paying discretionary pooled funds must be included in at least one composite if they meet a composite definition?

2.如果一个portfolio发生大笔现金流时 我能理解不能把这个发生大笔现金流的portfolio 的rerurn 包括在原有的composite里面，要为它建立一个单独的temporary account 那这个仅包含large cash flow的单独的account 的return需要对外披露吗？——不需要

何老师说直到建仓完成才可以把这个发生large cash flow的portfolio加入到composite里面 建仓完成的意思是什么 是做好asset allocation 吗 就是多少钱投什么资产？——就是按照IPS写的做完投资了。
