毕竟只稳定，但没有财务回报也是不会投的~

老师在讲课的时候说了，主权财富基金不是那么在乎投资回报，而是更在乎“经济稳定”等三个目标；这个PPT上也显示了三个目标是“go beyond” 投资回报的，因此C选项secondary objectives应该也是错误的
