为什么不可以solicite clients?我记得老师讲的时候说，离职后，可以招揽原客户，只要不带走原来客户名单，可以用公开信息招揽原客户是不违反的，答案解释里为什么还说“soliciting clients is strictly prohibited”？

你的理解完全没有问题。确实是离职后，可以招揽原客户，只要不带走原来客户名单，用的公开信息招揽原客户是不违反的。
这道题有点搞，题干里的主人公Jackman刚设立的公司，他正在招募员工，并且向合适的员工提供incentive，哪种应聘者合适？能带来committed investments的应聘者，即能带来客户的应聘者。
但是A，B，C三个选项说的是应聘者，不是Jackman。
看选项：
A member or candidate is eligible for the new position and incentive
注意这是A选项里的措辞，eligible for the new position and incentive，显然是应聘者适合新职位，接受incentive。
同理B选项也是从应聘者的角度出发的。
所以C选项，说的是除非应聘者离职，否则不能应聘。
