这是一道现在原版书上的习题。但是该习题的知识点，考纲已删除。估计是协会的工作失误。只删了正文，没改习题。

Undistributed corporate profits是指未分配利润。

老师把这部分内容，放在了基础视频的板书里，板书如下。



同学可以听一下对应基础视频大致内容。如果时间紧张，也可以忽略。大概率不考。



至于allownce，也是旧考纲的术语，之前是CCA，现在改名为CFC。含义可参考基础讲义133页内容。
