是的。严格来说需要乘以alpha。

但是本题，Alpha没给具体数值，只能默认为是一样的。

而且这道题实际上并不要求计算具体的potential GDP增长是多少

只需要选出最大的那个国家

Growth rate of TFP+ Growth rate of capital deepening，加起来最大的国家，potential GDP增长率都是最大的
