存储REIT受人口增长的影响非常大，人口越多，对货物存储的需求就越大。A和B都是正确的描述，工业REIT对就业创造不敏感，而对零售销售增长非常敏感；办公室REIT对零售销售增长不敏感，而对就业创造非常敏感。因此，第一个描述没有问题。
