Trustee是受托人，是资产委托的管理人，具有受托责任。

比如一笔养老金委托给某资产管理公司Trystee A 管理，它需要做资产配置，要分不同的大类资产，也会找不同的资产管理经理asset manager来打理资产。这些asset manager 肯定具有受托责任（fiduciary duty ）来管理好这部分资产，所以A对。 但asset manager 不是资产的所有人，所以B错。因为不是所有者，所以也不是交易对手方（conterparty），asset manager只是一个代为管理者。
