这两句话都是正确的，asset manager负责日常管理养老金的资产，因此有受托责任（fiduciary duty），但是trustee可以理解成养老金的“管理委员会”，负责监督养老金计划的运作，包括聘请和监督资产管理人员、决定投资策略、定期审核计划等，trustee要确保计划所做的一切决策都符合受益人的利益，因此有ultimate fiduciary responsibility。
