老师您好。信息比率不受weights aggressive 的影响。但是full fundamental law 里的TC 又受到active constraints 的影响。课后题，第23和25题 都说了 constraints of over &under weights 会影响TC，这跟“信息比率不受weights aggressive 的影响" 不就冲突了吗。
课后题答案说，constraints on the over or underweights reduces correlation of optimal active weights with the actual active weights,decrease TC.
