深究这句话说到的几个角色,的确有不严谨的地方。另外在实务中,tenant也不一定是持续支付水电气费用的,这也要看他与owner具体签署的租赁合同如何规定。但是考试中还是以这个结论为准,它讲到的是一般情况,并且这里的owner对用的是tenants,所以这个房屋默认是出租用,也就是属于商业地产的范畴。

我能够理解答案解析在商业地产的情况下能够成立,因为房东往往会把房产租出去,但是在居住地产中,往往开发商建好房子之后,支付之后的水电气各种费用的是买房子居住的人,这道题目并没有说清楚是商用还是家用,所以这道题是否出得不够严谨呢?
